At Fast Flange, our mission is to deliver a friction free fastener experience through superior responsiveness, reliability, and transparency. To aid our mission, we offer returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To start a return, please send an email to info@fastflange.com or call 216-285-1530.

Please include your name, order number, phone number and a note indicating you are returning for credit or replacement. Send the items to the following address:

We do not charge a restocking fee, and your entire order will be refunded along with the original shipping amount. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original date of purchase and must be sent via prepaid freight.
